I only did this workout once and I'm a bit ashamed about this. I meant to do it at least 3 times. I seem to be in 'aversion to exercise' stage and I'm hoping I can get out of that this coming week.
ReplyDeleteKelly - I don't think this aversion to exercise should be categorized as a "stage." I'm thinking it has lasted more than a decade...at least. =)
